The Waldorf Center provides flexible educational programs to allow students to successfully earn their bachelor's degree. We can help you meet your educational goals while maintaining your personal and professional responsibilities.
Start with College of Southern Maryland (CSM), earn an associate's degree and finish with University Maryland University College (UMUC) earning a bachelor's degree. All by taking classes at the Waldorf Center and/or online.

CSM and UMUC offer accelerated courses at the Waldorf Center. Accelerate your degree completion time by taking Mini Session (I & II, CSM) or Term (1 & 2, UMUC) courses. This will allow you to fit more classes into your busy schedule each semester.

After graduating from CSM with two associate of science degrees in Fire Science Technology and Criminal Justice, Julie Studds transferred to the University of Maryland University College. She is studying Criminal Justice through an alliance program between CSM and UMUC offering students seamless transfer of credits between the two institutions. When asked why she was pursuing her bachelors degree in a field where it isn't required, Julie stated, "I wouldn't want to move forward without it. I have a great education and I want to use it." Julie works part-time for the Charles County Sheriffs Department and as Volunteer Firefighter/EMT while completing her studies at UMUC. |
